Downloader is a multi-purpose printer troubleshooting tool; it is designed to help engineers and administrators to troubleshoot printer and connectivity issues. Downloader works under Windows 2000, XP and Server 2003 up to the latest service pack. Windows 95/98/ME and Windows NT 4 are not supported. Windows Vista may work, but is untested.
